Developed and implemented an IT disaster recovery plan (DRP)
The IT DRP project involved development, implementation and testing to restore the necessary IT services and systems as defined by the business continuity plan (BCP) in the event of a disaster/incident.
The steps identified and carried out prior to generating the details of the plan were:- Risk assessment and Business impact analysis (BIA) to identify the IT services and systems thatsupport the organization's critical business activities
- Established recovery time objectives (RTOs) and recovery point objectives (RPOs)
- Developed disaster recovery strategies
